The Historic Senoia Project will include extensive infill commercial development on Main St.
Existing
buildings are being renovated, vacant lots have been purchased, and construction has begun on the first 3 story building,
designed by Historical Concepts to look as though it were originally built in the early 1900's.
We're looking
for complementary non-chain restaurants, upscale boutiques, art galleries or old fashioned retailers (candy store,
pharmacy/soda fountain, dry goods store, etc.) and office / professional tenants such as a law office, medical, CPA,
or traditional corporate.
