The 2010 Southern Living Idea House in Senoia was showcased from June through December 2010 to over 25,000 people, and featured in Southern Living Magazine in the August 2010 Issue.

The house is no longer on tour, and now available for purchase.

It is a 5,000 square foot luxury brownstone, with a private elevator, courtyard, and rooftop terrrace.
