The Gin Property

Welcome to the Gin Property, where the historic setting and quality of life offer so much more than just another indistinquishable subdivision.  It's a step back to a simpler time...

... the moment you arrive you're going to want to call it home.

Nestled within the historic district of Senoia, the Gin Property is close enough to Atlanta and the Airport when you need them, yet feels a million miles away when you don't.

The Historic Senoia project will include an 11 acre residential development to be built within the city's Historic District, located on the site of the former McKnight Cotton Gin Property.

Illustrated to the right, The Gin Property can be found at the southern end of Main St., just across the park from the Senoia Coffee Company.  It will include historic residential elements such as factory lofts, live-work urban townhomes, brownstones, and single family homes, all designed to blend seamlessly with Senoia's existing architecture, circa early 1900's.
